Job Description Job Description Titles: Crimp Technician Location: 1562 Reynolds Ave, Irvine California 92614 Shifts Available: • 1st: 6:00am – 2:30pm • 2nd: 2:00pm – 10:30pm • 3rd: 10:00pm – 6:30am Job Summary: The Crimp Technician will perform hands-on production and assembly work involving small, detailed components. This role supports automated manufacturing equipment, ensures quality standards, and maintains a clean, compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and perform minor maintenance on automated equipment Monitor processes using HMIs and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Load raw materials, clear faults, and ensure on-time production Follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety procedures Perform inspections to ensure quality and correct tolerances Document production, inventory, and quality data Work independently and collaboratively to resolve issues Maintain a clean manufacturing workspace Requirements: High School Diploma or Associate Degree 2–4 years of manufacturing or assembly experience Mechanical aptitude and experience with automated machinery Comfortable standing/walking most of the shift Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficient in English (read/write/communicate) Preferred: Experience with discrete assembly, robotics, or startup manufacturing Familiarity with optical gauging or video microscopes
