What Makes This Role Different Low volume, high-quality caseload Approximately 5 to 10 active matters per attorney Direct client contact and courtroom exposure Meaningful involvement in strategy from day one Collaborative team environment with hands-on leadership Practice Focus Civil Litigation Commercial and Business Disputes Professional Responsibility Employment Litigation Select Personal Injury Matters What You Will Do Draft and argue substantive motions Take and defend depositions Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings Appear in both California State and Federal Courts Manage cases from inception through resolution Develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys Maintain strong, proactive client communication The Ideal Background Experience handling civil litigation matters in California Strong motion practice and deposition experience Exposure to commercial or business disputes preferred Familiarity with both State and Federal Court procedures Active member in good standing with the California Bar Confident communicator with strong analytical skills Compensation and Benefits Base salary range of $150,000 to $300,000 annually, depending on experience Competitive bonus structure 401(k) with employer matching Employer-covered medical insurance contributions 100 percent employer-paid dental and vision coverage Bar dues and MCLE courses paid Paid time off with rollover All federal holidays plus extended holiday weekends Complimentary on-site parking Office bar and frequent firm lunches and events Work Environment This is a culture built on quality over quantity.
