Details: We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and dedicated
Associate Attorney specializing in Public Entity Defense to join
our thriving legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an
experienced attorney who wishes to work on complex and challenging
cases within the legal industry. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in litigation, civil litigation, municipal
litigation, and public entity litigation. This role requires a
minimum of 1 year of experience in the field. Responsibilities: As
a Permanent Associate Attorney-Public Entity Defense, your key
responsibilities will include: 1. Representing public entities in
complex litigation cases. 2. Conducting legal research, drafting
legal documents, and preparing cases for trial. 3. Managing all
aspects of litigation from inception through resolution, including
discovery, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals. 4. Providing
legal advice to public entities on a wide range of issues,
including regulatory compliance, risk management, and policy
development. 5. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and
legal support staff to ensure effective case management. 6.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and
legal trends affecting public entities. 7. Participating in
professional development activities to enhance skills and stay
abreast of changes in the legal field. Qualifications: To be
considered for the role of Permanent Associate Attorney-Public
Entity Defense, candidates must have: 1. A Juris Doctorate degree
from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar and in
good standing. 3. A minimum of 1 years of experience in litigation,
civil litigation, municipal litigation, and public entity
litigation. 4. Proven track record of successful representation in
complex litigation cases. 5. Exceptional legal research, analysis,
and writing skills. 6. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively
with clients, colleagues, and courts. 9. High ethical standards and
professional integrity. 10. Proficiency in legal research tools and
