Work from home Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a
dynamic, detail-oriented, and dedicated Personal Injury Litigation
Paralegal to join our legal team. This is a full-time position in
which the successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing
personal injury cases from start to finish. This role offers a
unique opportunity to work on a variety of challenging cases,
providing comprehensive, high-quality support to our attorneys. The
ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of paralegal
experience, preferably within the plaintiff personal injury sector,
and a proven track record of outstanding organizational skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist attorneys with key litigation
activities including research, drafting legal documents, and
preparing for depositions and court proceedings. 2. Organize and
maintain case files, ensuring all relevant information is easily
accessible and up to date. 3. Conduct in-depth legal research to
support case preparation and strategy development. 4. Liaise with
clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing
counsel in a professional and courteous manner. 5. Prepare and
manage discovery requests and responses. 6. Assist with trial
preparation, including the creation of trial exhibits and
coordination of witness testimony. 7. Monitor case progress,
deadlines, and court dates, ensuring all parties are informed and
prepared. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as
a paralegal, preferably within the personal injury sector. 2. An
associate's degree, certificate in paralegal studies, or equivalent
work experience. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is
preferred. 3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to
manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines. 4. Proficient in
legal research and document drafting. 5. Strong written and verbal
communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
clients, attorneys, and court personnel. 6. Familiarity with legal
case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Knowledge
of court rules, procedures, and documentation pertaining to
personal injury cases. 8. Ability to work independently and as part
of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. 9.
High degree of professionalism and adherence to strict
confidentiality requirements. 10. Conversational and Written
Spanish experience is preferred, but not required This role is a
