A company is looking for an Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate strategically with the Legal Office and operations
Provide legal advice and assess legal risks for Ford Credit's
business
Support debt collection and credit reporting operations, and assist
with regulatory examinations
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Experience in collections law or related legal fields
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk
management
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
