Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Structure, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements,
including SaaS and confidentiality agreements
Provide legal counsel on business deals and compliance with
applicable laws and regulations
Monitor changes in legislation and assist with corporate governance
policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Strong academic credentials with a law degree
Licensed to practice law in at least one US State
Minimum of 2 years' experience in law firm and in-house legal
positions
Experience in software transaction drafting and negotiation,
including international transactions
Knowledge of software licensing, data protection, and
anti-corruption laws
