Summary
Morgan & Morgan is looking for a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney to join our quickly expanding practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in Irvine, California.
The Litigation Attorney will handle pre-suit motor vehicle liability (MVA) / automobile accident cases in Irvine, Orange County, and surrounding areas. This role reports to the Senior Attorney Director - Legal Services

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Day-to-day handling of allpre-litigation work
  
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
  
• Guide clients through the case process
  
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
  
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
  
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
  
• Manage the release approval process
  
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
  
• Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive
  
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
  
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA accredited law school
    
  • An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
    
  • Ideally 2+ years of PI litigation experience (ideally motor vehicle / automobile liability / MVA)
    
  • Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
    
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
    
  • Strong leadership skills
    
  • Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
    
  • Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
