As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through AmLaw 200 and Fortune 500 legal departments. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, commission, and benefits package.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at law firms and corporate legal departments.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through targeted prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our legal services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide regular reporting and forecasting to management on sales performance and pipeline activity.Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience in legal sales, Ediscovery sales, or document solutions to large law firms and corporations
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
