• Conduct legal research and provide support to attorneys on various legal matters
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence
• Assist with estate and planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on legal matters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal documents and correspondence
• Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on legal strategies and initiativesQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on estate and planning law. Drafting experience is a must
  • Strong drafting and research skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal documents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and other stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other legal software programs
