Complex Litigation Attorney - Irvine, CA

Award winning law firm is seeking a stellar attorney with at least 3 years of experience in complex litigation, preferably including business, intellectual property, and/or professional liability litigation to join their dynamic team in San Diego! Hybrid and Remote work options!

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be an active member of the State Bar of California
• Candidate must have minimum of 3 years of experience to be considered
• Experience in business, IP, and/or professional liability litigation is preferred
• Candidates must have strong academic credentials and experience practicing before state and federal courts and in arbitration.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong writing and research skills and the ability to independently handle cases and analyze complex issues
• Candidates should also have experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial
• Solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as being a team player with a passion for advocacy, are critical to success in this position Why you should apply?
