Major Claims Trial Attorney - Santa Ana/Irvine20 years' Title Insurance and Real Estate LitigationA rare in-house opportunity in Irvine, an exceptional opportunity for the motivated individual with strong experience in Title Insurance and Real Estate Litigation. A nationally-recognized firm is seeking a seasoned Trial Attorney to manage the disposition of Major Claims, investigate and analyze; attending settlement conference and mediations; will require some travel; a strong writer in the world of Title Insurance; and ability to manage and supervise outside and in-house counsel. This is a daily in-office position in a newly renovated office and offers a collegial office culture (very low turnover); this in-house role boasts a work-life balance with a generous compensation package. Must have heavy trial (1st chair) experience in Real Estate Litigation; experience in Residential and Commercial Construction disputes, Lien and Title Defect Litigation. Exceptional writing skills required; writing samples will be requested.
