*JOB SUMMARY **- Full Time Estate & Business Planning Paralegal Professional*Business Law and Estate Planning Law Firm located in Irvine that focuses on delivering tax efficient and legally practical legal services to privately held businesses and high-net worth individuals.Position sought is a full time Paralegal Professional with at least five (5) years of Estate & Business Planning experience (Heavy Part-time is possible for exceptional candidates).*JOB REQUIREMENTS** Experience with drafting estate planning documents, trust funding, including working on probate and trust administration* Experience forming and maintaining business entities* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Wealth Counsel and Adobe* Experience with time-keeping and time-management software* Excellent attitude and consistency in delivering quality service to clients* Strong writing and editing skills* Paralegal certificate preferred*Job Duties** Forming, merging, and dissolving business entities within California, Delaware and other jurisdictions* Assist with contract drafting* Assist attorneys with estate planning, trust administration and probateEnsure proper setup of client files as well as file maintenance* Obtain EINs for trusts and estates*COMPENSATION** Salary is based on skill and experience* Benefits include health insurance, life & disability insurance, and 401k* Full-Time or Heavy Part-time* Compensation commensurate with experienceJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:* Bonus payWork Location: One location
