TERRITORY SALES MANAGER (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE) Salary: Base plus commission with benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401k) Role Type: Full Time - standard business hours. Option for W-2 or 1099-MISC (independent contractor). Role Topline: Real estate CRM mobile app technology new business development and account management (upselling / cross-selling) outside sales. Frequent travel across SoCal area required. About Raven: A mobile app technology start-up, Raven matches buyers and sellers of real estate through the largest network of agents in the nation. Innovating the mobile real estate technology space, Raven is a web and mobile CRM built for agents by agents that finds potential matches for their buyers and sellers throughout a nationwide network of on and off-market inventory. Raven provides real estate agents with the ability to connect with other agents via a tech platform that finds matches for their buyers and sellers automatically. We also encourage agents with helpful push notifications and reminders to make sure they are meeting their goals. Unlike many real estate agent CRM ecosystems like Zillow, Top Producer, and Commissions Inc; Raven provides a solution to manage and grow an agents business through a mobile application that agents can easily understand, use, and close business with. Website: Territory Sales Manager Overview: We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager (Business Development Representative) to create new customer relationships, from prospecting to closing deals, and to nurture long-term customer partnerships, from product demo to client success support. As a start-up, you will help win new business (new business development), grow the business (account management) and support our business services and client usage (client services). You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator whos able to demo our mobile application, grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in outside sales, customer service and knowledge of our industry, wed like to meet you. Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers. Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities: Hybrid role to generate new business, manage client accounts (including up-sell / cross-sell services) and to support client mobile app usage (onboarding, demos, etc.) Requires daily travel across the San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles County territories (Southern California region) for in-office client presentations / product demos to real estate brokerages and real estate agent clientele Build relationships with key employees among customers to increase user adoption Support and onboard new clients to the Raven platform (may include virtual presentations as needed) Create plans to address clients business needs and creating a profitable process Schedule regular meetings with customers to gather feedback, present metrics, and ensure they are satisfied Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms Study competition to find new ways to retain customers Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers needs Territory Sales Manager Requirements: 3+ years' relevant experience in sales conducting in-person customer demos with 1+ years specifically selling software or technology solutions (mobile app sales a big plus) Willingness to travel for client pitches and demos at real estate brokerage offices across the San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles County territories (outside sales) Must have experience presenting and demoing a business product to large groups and one-on-one (strong presentation and PowerPoint skills) Proven track record of exceeding sales targets including winning new business and up-selling / cross-selling required Previous sales experience for a technology or software solution required (tangible goods or hardware product sales does not qualify) Background in mobile tech and / or real estate knowledge is a huge plus Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Communication or in another related field Proven experience as a Business Development Rep, Outside Sales Rep, Client Success Manager or related sales role prior Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction) Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and G Suite (Google Drive) A customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving aptitude Excellent communication and negotiation skills Open-mindedness with a desire to learn and grow with the ability to work well with a team #p#ZR
