Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification (e.g., CEP) Deep understanding of equity compensation, including the tax and legal aspects. Experience with equity management platforms (e.g., E*TRADE, Shareworks, etc.). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
