This role is at the intersection of business strategy and product development, responsible for integrating our portfolio into a cohesive go-to-market (GTM) strategy.The portfolio lead owns the cross-product strategy, defining vertical and horizontal solutions, value propositions, messaging, and hybrid roadmaps. Responsibilities include establishing a consistent user experience across all products, prioritizing engineering resources to develop unique capabilities while identifying common cores for reusability, and creating integrated 'better together' scenarios across products.This position requires close collaboration with other product leaders, engineering teams, marketing, and sales.The role reports directly to Wind River's Chief Product Officer.About You

• 10-15 years of experience in enterprise software, with at least 5 in product management
• Experience building or selling embedded operating systems, cloud platforms, or CICD developer tools
• Proven success launching enterprise products with global sales and channel partners
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and leading cross-functional teams towards common goals
• Skilled in translating complex technical domains into simple value propositions
• Experience applying business rationalization to technical products
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
• Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented
• Ability to navigate technical and business discussions with ease
• Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA is a plusModerate travel (15-20%) may be required depending on location. Must be a US or Canadian citizen residing in Walnut Creek, CA, San Diego, CA, or Boston, MA, with the ability to be on-site 3 days/week.Benefits and CompensationBenefits include:

Salary is determined based on experience, education, location, and other factors.
