A company is looking for a Systems Support Administrator -
US.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and manage IT services for school staff
and student technology
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical
issues
Administer and maintain various operating systems and applications
in a remote environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work
experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration in a
large enterprise environment
Ability to work on call, including evenings and weekends as
necessary
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace, and various
operating systems
Ability to work remotely in a secure and distraction-free
environment
