Job Description:
A company is looking for an Onsite Computer Technician to
perform technical and administrative work in the maintenance and
installation of personal computer systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote support for desktop, software, telecom,
systems, and networking teams
Install new hardware and maintain existing hardware while training
end users on equipment and software
Perform level 2 triage and troubleshoot moderately complex end user
support issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal computer technician in
a mid/large environment
Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems and personal
computer-based application software
Advanced knowledge of personal computer hardware, peripherals, and
networking cabling
Experience with remote support tools, such as Bomgar
Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues, including component level
diagnostics and repairs
