Strategic Sourcing (7-Step), Negotiations, Contract Management, Project Management, Stakeholder Managment.

Day in the life:
The IT Purchasing Manager will spend their time focused on contract renewals, amendments and new purchase within the IT spend category
1. 5-10 year of experience within Indirect Procurement
2. Previous experience managing large, complex IT sourcing projects throughout the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle
3. Ability to execute strategic sourcing (7-step) project autonomously with little direction or oversight
Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience within Procurement. Must have prior experience within IT
Bachelor's degree (MBA in Supply Chain Management preferred)
5-10 years of relevant Information Technology (IT) related Purchasing Experience (hardware, software, telecom, etc.)
5-10 years of experience performing strategic sourcing, cost analysis, negotiations and contract negotiations in a procurement environment.
Previous ERP systems and purchase order processing experience - Coupa preferred.
Previous Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system experience - Ironclad preferred.
Able to work independently with little instruction and can adapt to change.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to details and deadlines.
Able to work well with others in a team environment.
Effective communication skills and customer service approach.
Action-oriented and solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Highly accurate and detail-oriented.
