• Develop qualification and characterization software for Connectivity and Security semiconductor devices on cutting edge Automatic Test Equipment (ATE)
• Assist in Test development effort, debugging yield and performance problems
• Learn Mixed Signal and RF Test techniques and write custom test software to characterize device performance.
• Create/modify user-friendly web-based software tools, interact with a database, and provide custom reports
• Develop and enhance software tools/scripts to automate program audits and data analysis
• Learn and apply new Design for Test (DFT) concepts and test techniques to improve test efficiency and reduce cost of test
• Collaborate with and learn from Design, Validation, and Systems Engineering teams to help ramp product to marketJob Requirements:
  • Masters or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering
  • 0 to 2 years work experience, including internships
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Self-driven, able to take ownership and initiative
  • Strong programming background (C++, Java or Python)
  • Fluent in EnglishThe base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year. We also provide competitive benefits, incentive compensation, and/or equity for certain roles. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs. This base pay range is specific to California and is not applicable to other locations.
