Job Description:

We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to start immediately for a leading Law Firm in Irvine, CA. This is a contract with potential to hire position. This is a 100% on site position in Irvine, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

• Provide on-site and virtual assistance to employees and attorneys for various IT needs.
• Troubleshoot software and system-related user requests using the Firm's IT ticketing system.
• Support the IT functions for all onboarding and orientation needs.In addition, we'll need someone with the following skills and knowledge,
  • Microsoft Office and Windows 10.
  • Citrix, OWA, VPN.
  • Experience setting up laptops, mobile devices, and video conference equipment.
  • Experience with an IT ticketing system.
  • Knowledge of Aderant, Kofax PDF, iManage, InterAction, VOIP phones, and legal macro software strongly preferred.
