About the team Growing a high-quality network of Premier Agent partners is critical to Zillow's ability to help home shoppers and sellers unlock life's next chapter. Zillow's Partner Product team ensures a seamless end-to-end experience for our agent partners by defining and building the tools to help them efficiently manage their relationships with our customers and their partnership with Zillow. We partner with marketing, sales, operations and technical teams throughout Zillow to build and maintain an end-to-end partner product experience. This includes agent onboarding, partner profiles, reputation management, team management, lead management, client engagement, transaction management, and performance management. This partner experience is delivered via a cohesive technology stack consisting of 1st party, 2nd party, and 3rd party software tools.
About the role Zillow product managers think big and move fast to transform the home shopping experience and deliver that value through our Premier Agent Network. These new experiences will be delivered through our agents who are always away from the office and need a first class mobile experience to do their jobs. This business leader with strong experience building engaging mobile experiences will report directly to the Director of Partner Product Management and partner with product managers across the organization to deliver tools that unlock agent potential.
Success means breaking down complex problems into specific steps and driving internal alignment throughout our matrixed organization. You will apply both qualitative and quantitative research to rapidly test, measure and iterate on new product and feature ideas to increase value and reduce risk. Successful candidates will operate at both the strategic and tactical levels, engaging both technical and non-technical teams.
In this role, you will: Define the mobile product roadmap aligned to company objectives and growth strategies, partner and customer insight, industry dynamics, and the technology landscape, in partnership with cross-functional product and engineering partners..

Partner effectively with user research, design and engineering to drive feature delivery partner mobile products, balancing customer needs with business priorities and ensuring high reliability.

Be the go to voice for the Agent mobile experience and a vocal evangelist for mobile initiatives across Zillow as you define and deliver a cohesive experience.

Use product metrics to inform business decisions, uncover product opportunities and evaluate success. Partner with data science and analytics teams to run quantitative experiments and analysis to test hypotheses and iteratively develop product capabilities.

Collaborate with product marketing and senior management to ensure effective communication and messaging of product enhancements to drive adoption and engagement.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $132,400.00 - $211,600.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
Who you are 5+ years of some combination of product management, with at least 2 years working on native android and iOS apps

A highly analytical person who uses data to determine product strategy, roadmap and trade-offs in product development.

Technical interest and ability to evaluate the technological strengths and weakness of product solutions

An effective leader and communicator who can influence and inspire internal and external partners

You have keen strategic vision, the leadership to deliver it, and the strong ability to influence without direct authority

Strong written and oral communication and team management skills, the ability to simplify complex topics, and comfort presenting at all levels of the organization, from exec on down

Familiarity with agile methodologies

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering
