Learn more about our perks and culture! * Competitive pay * Comprehensive benefits package Position Summary The Salesforce Administrator/Developer will support the ongoing enhancement of our platform. They will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, configure, develop and deploy new business processes to support functional areas across the enterprise. This role is part Salesforce Administrator (75%) and part Salesforce Developer (25%). The Salesforce Administrator/Developer will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities * Serve as one of the system administrators for the environment with 300+ users (Service Cloud, FSC) * Handle basic administrative functions including User account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflow automation and other routine tasks * Completes evaluation, scope and deployment of new development requests, using APEX code. * Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades; Manages data feeds and other integrations as applicable * Assist in training of new users, and grow the skill set across the organization * Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams; Works independently and alongside the Product Manager for CRM and Engineering team members Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities * Excellent Salesforce admin and APEX skills, and a positive attitude * Experience with Apex, Visual Force, SQL, and JavaScript * Experience with Salesforce Lightning, and Lightning Design System * Develop & implement Technical Designs for complex projects using a combination of out of the box features and custom code. * Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards * Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills * Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization * Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs * Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on and on all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes * Ability to coordinate work with geographically dispersed project team - Zoom/ Slack/ Email connectivity & presence balanced with the ability to get things done is required. * Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a administrator * ADM201 and PD1 certified * Experience as an Administrator of a Service Cloud or FSC org strongly preferred * Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption * Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity * Strong understanding of best practices and functionality * Strong data management abilities * A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion * A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements * Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred Additional Information Regarding Job Duties and Job Descriptions: Job duties include additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor or other managers related to the position/department.
