-Align BMS features with overall Vehicle plan as well as Battery development. Ensure timely deliverables, and when needed, fine tune and adjust plans to reduce overall impact to the program. Responsible for risk management and contingency planning.
-Drive deep dive meetings, conduct design and milestone reviews with Engineering and Management teams.
-Provide weekly status reports to leadership team highlighting progress, top issues/risks, and next steps. Provide timely escalation of issues, dependencies and risks impacting the program to the Management team. This is what you'll need:
-Master's/Bachelor's degree in engineering.

-Must possess strong leadership/management skills, and a team player.
-Proven ability to solve complex problems, work with ambiguity and be self-motivated.
-Experienced with implementing and refining new processes.
-Experience with task management tools, and familiar with continuous integration concepts.--
-Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Must be customer-focused while also being focused on cost, quality and delivery. This is where you'll work:
