Capital Group's Talent Acquisition (TA) team has nearly 50 vibrant and dynamic associates helping our global workforce grow and develop. The backbone of Talent Acquisition is our Operations team that is continuously improving the way it supports and adds value to our end-to-end hiring process and internal infrastructure.----As the Ops leader (what we like to call it) you will leverage your strategic talent insights, leadership expertise, and passion for technology and data analysis to solve complex hiring challenges at scale. To continue our mission of improving people's lives through successful investing we need the right team in place to attract new talent to Capital, as well as, foster an internal mobility landscape that allows our associates to explore new roles internally. The last two Ops leaders were instrumental in building and driving efficiencies within TA and have successfully transitioned their skills into other opportunities within our HR team. --Stuff you'll want to know:---The team of -15 that you'll lead is in two locations; Irvine and Los Angeles, Ca. We're open to either being your home base, yet your team members love seeing you, so we would expect you to spend time in each site weekly---You'll be part of the TA Leadership team plus interface with many critical business partners, such as, Human Resources, Compliance, IT, Legal and our People Analytics team-----We're a SuccessFactors and Adobe Analytics shop; not required experience for the role, but our applicant tracking system and reporting originate from there-----We can talk all you want during the process about our compensation, benefits and development programs, but know going in, they're very good.
