Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to
support the HR team in various employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the New Hire Onboarding process and employment verification
requests
Provide tier 1 support within the People Inbox for benefits-related
inquiries
Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding, benefits
administration, and HR compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
1 year of experience in an HR/People Operations environment or HR
Internship
Basic knowledge of employment law and compliance preferred
Familiarity with HR processes, systems, and tools
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
information
