    • Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
    • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data and compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Review and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring data accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
    • Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations, implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance.
    • Lead payroll audits and address any issues identified by auditors.
    • Supervise and mentor payroll team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Manage payroll vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts.
    • Analyze payroll processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
      • 10+ years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a large organization.
      • In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively across departments.
      • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office suite.
      • Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to mentor and guide team members.
      • High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll information.
