Shift: Part-Time 25 hours per weekLocation: Irvine, CAPosition Overview:Yogurtland is looking to add a skilled and motivated part time Recruiter to their HR team. - The Recruiter will work closely with the Sr. HR Generalist to design recruitment plans, advertise needs, and schedule and interview applicants. The Recruiter thrives on the challenge of finding suitable candidates for Yogurtland by ensuring company standards are maintained. Upholds and executes the vision and mission of Yogurtland Brands and assists others in doing the same.Responsibilities:

• Post job openings to various platforms and networks and social media
• Screen resumes to identify potential candidates.
• Conducts initial interviews with potential employees
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring manager
• Helps with employee onboarding and works with training department to schedule training
• Helps assist HR with administrative tasks and projects as needed.Cultural Qualifications:
