SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations and working in a multi-faceted, multi-location academic and administration setting. The Human Resources Operations Manage oversees HR operations includingonboarding, employee life-cycle related programs, off-boarding, data management, reporting and analytics.In partnership with HR stakeholders, understands current process inefficiencies, use critical thinking to evaluate solutions, and leverages best practices and technology to automate, streamline and simplify procedures. Proactively partners with the IT team to support HR technology configuration, upgrades and business initiatives to ensure optimal use. Participates in continuous enhancements with current and new technology to support the organization's development of meaningful metrics/analytics and dashboards. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, managing a team and executing on projects to improve the organization's overall HR operations, compliance and HR systems. EDUCATION: Bachelor degree in human resources management, business administration, industrial psychology or a related field required. Masters degree in human resources management, business administration, industrial psychology or a related field preferred. KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

  • Three to five year's in a senior level position with appropriate/equivalent industry concerned with human resourcesadministration, fiscal and operations management/experience at a corporate/divisional level or above.
  • Five to eight years of overall experience in human resources management with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted, multi-location direction and planning.
  • Evidence of strong supervisory and managerial skills, including budgets, strategic planning, assessment and evaluation skills.
  • Evidence of strong principles and practices of Human Resources administration, including equal employment opportunity; methods of recruitment; selection; performance evaluation; wage and salary administration; staff utilization; training and development; employee and labor relations; and applicable federal and state laws affecting Human Resources.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Knowledge of education/governmental compliance and regulatory standards such as Title IV, ABHES, BPPVE, WASC, and other accreditation standards, a plus.
  • Knowledge of applicable databases and computer application systems to supply the most accurate information, reports and projections. #HEJ #LI-MP1
