    Learn more at - Key Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Advises management on HR processes and programs across the Company, including talent acquisition, talent development, labor relations, compliance, etc.
    • Manages offer process including offer letter extension, contract drafting, background/reference checks, work permits, and local/regional onboarding as appropriate. May advise managers on offer details.
    • Educates managers on the Company's talent management processes and supports them on performance related questions such as individual development plans, performance improvement plans, and employee relations. Partners with people leaders to develop their capabilities and skills as it relates to people leadership
    • Partners with Human Resources Business Leaders to implement company-wide people initiatives to support BVI's business goals. May design, develop, and implement local/regional initiatives, policies, and procedures to support business needs
    • Acts as the point of contact for labor and employee relations
    • Leads compliance activities for assigned locations/regions, including benefits compliance and reporting as required
    • Makes recommendations for improvements based on day-to-day interactions with managers and employees
    • Other duties as required Purpose PURPOSE
      The Human Resources Business Partner implements programs and activities to support the Human Resources strategy within their assigned country or region. The incumbent acts as the day-to-day contact for employees and managers, assisting with people related programs, policies, and issues.
      • Knowledge of best practice as it related to people programs
      • Execution minded with an ability to translate and deliver on HR initiatives and programs with local/regional customizations
      • Ability to lead and influence change within the organization
      • Ability to deliver results in a highly dynamic and ambiguous environment
      • Ability to maintain confidential information with discretion
      • Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
      • Acts as a change agent within the organization, speaking positively of change and suggesting improvements where necessary
      • Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
      • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clientsMINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
        Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 5 years' relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

        • Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers.
        • Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech.
        • Regular sitting for extended periods of time.
        • May require occasional travel.Compensation Range:
          $80,000 - $100,000 annually plus 10% bonus target
