We send you cleaning job offers on a regular basis to fit your specific job type. Can either be full time or part time. You're in full control and can accept, or deny, cleanings. We take care of advertising, phone and online estimates, customer service, scheduling, and billing for the clients. You take care of only the cleaning and get 60% of each job, plus 100% of your tips! Equating to $25 - $32 per cleaning hour. Don't worry - you're able to keep your already established clientele! We are just here to help you gain more business. Start Date: ASAP (Interview and background screening take 7-10 days) AlignHand is not an employer to its registered cleaner. AlignHand is a referral agency, allowing cleaners to accept jobs as an independent house cleaner. Our agency will contact you within 2 business days. This opportunity is not suitable for you if you're seeking full time immediate work. Once a housecleaner registers with our agency, we will begin to send them referral jobs as much as possible. However, we are not able to immediately send you a guaranteed 40 hours worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you work with our agency, you will begin to build a reoccurring, and ongoing client base.
