Job Description:
Job Function:Provide essential payroll duties for full cycle
payroll, and support Total Rewards function for Ossur and
OPC.Responsibilities:Payroll/Timekeeping administration:
- Support full cycle bi-weekly payroll for Ossur Americas
- Key participant in new releases testing for payroll and
absences
- Maintain payroll data including: address changes, tax
elections, direct deposit, garnishments, 401k
- Reconcile and process bi-weekly timecards; conduct manager
training on timecard edits when necessary, update training guides
as needed
- Update New Hire Orientation materials for WorkDay, Time and
Attendance
- Process and distribute payroll files: monthly, quarterly,
annually
- Provide Payroll support for annual compensation and benefits
audits, compliance reporting
- Participate in year end operational close including
reconciliation and distribution of W2's/W2c's
- Address employee questions regarding payroll matters.
- Complete compensation, benefits, payroll surveys.
- Monitor and address state tax authority changes.
- Calculate, process and submit for payment work comp, business
tax payments and benefits premiums, etc. not calculated or
transmitted by OSV.
- Calculate supplemental pay due for employees on leave of
absence; ensure intermittent time is recorded.
- Other duties as required.
- All employees must be aware, have knowledge and shall have
received general training in Quality requirements of --ssur.
Training takes place in the Onboarding process and in New Employee
Orientation. More specific Quality training is job specific.
- All training related to the quality management system is done
in accordance to the Training Management Process (QM1681).
- Exercises good use of company funds and property within the set
guidelines. Maintains an honest and professional attitude as the
company's representative at all times. -
- Contributes to a safe working environment by maintaining own
workspace and reporting any potential hazards.Qualifications:
- 1 year recent experience with payroll, corporate office,
service role
- Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast paced
environment
- Experience with systems, upgrades/Integrations a plus
- Proven track record of drive for results, compliance and
meeting published deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills, ability to interact
professionally with all levels of the organization
- Ability to solve problems, apply sound judgement and
communicate action plans
- Excellent communiation skills; verbally and in written
communication
- Excellent with MS Word, & Excel
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with Workday Payroll and HCM preferredThe US base
salary range for this full-time position is $24.82 - $32.23 - +
bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level,
and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the

factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
