The Senior Recruiter will be an integral part of growing our capabilities. This role will be focused on bringing high-quality, high-volume talent. The Senior Recruiter position has lots of room for growth!

Responsibilities:

• Primarily advance the entire talent acquisition function built for scaling the organization
• Lead the team of sourcing professionals off-shore and continue building on the development of talent pipeline
• Manage all recruiting metrics and ensure all stakeholders yield exceptional results
• Manage the full-cycle process of recruitment and exceed expectations for the candidates' experience
• Represent the Zuum brand in transparency and uphold core values at all times
  Required Skills & Experience:
  
  • At least 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
  • A combination of agency and in-house recruitment experience; managing multiple hiring accounts, high-variety, high-volume recruitment, and managing metrics
  • Strong knowledge in multiple job boards, social media, other sourcing platforms, ATS, CRM, and drip campaign utilization
  • Technology-savvy and organized
  • Highly motivated by a fast-paced, team environment
