We are currently seeking a campus recruiter. This position will report into the Manager of Talent Acquisition and be responsible for finding and engaging with talented students and recent graduates for internships and entry level positions at OHLA USA.Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Career Services at selected colleges and universities to identify top talent at the internship and entry level with a focus on Engineering and Construction Management departments
  • Assist with the development, enhancement and implementation of campus recruiting strategies such as on campus events and social media campaigns
  • Partner with alumni ambassadors throughout the company to tap into various on-campus resources
  • Conduct interviews with potential internship and entry level candidates
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of internship programs
  • Collaborate with intern supervisors to evaluate internship performance throughout the summer; identify opportunities for repeat internships and conversion to full time
  • Hosting and attending college career days and conferencesQualifications
    • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or similar field
    • A minimum of 2 years experience in HR or recruitment
    • Sound understanding of the recruitment process and university databases
    • Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS
    • Excellent marketing and advertising abilities
    • Highly charismatic with strong interpersonal communication skills
    • Experience with designing and conducting interviews
    • Good judge of character and decision-making skills
    • Exceptional networking abilities; comfortable presenting and being the face of OHLA USA at events
