This person will be sourcing candidates for multiple roles in the company. The coordinator will be responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, and presenting candidates to the Corporate Recruiters. This role will work alongside the Corporate Recruiter in a fast paced, energetic, and goal-oriented environment using effective sourcing strategies and best practices to seek top talent. Responsibilities: Support the recruiting team with all aspects of the hiring process. Provide administrative recruiting support (such as: ensuring applications are filled and filed correctly, coordinating and scheduling interviews, creating and maintaining recruiting files). Effectively review, and screen candidates using various recruiting platforms and present to recruiters for review. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing inspiring information about the company and position. Organize and maintain interview schedules for both recruiters and candidates. Assist with the on-boarding process of new associates to ensure a smooth and timely process for candidates. Administer skills assessments for on-site candidate interviews. Pre-screen and present detailed profile summaries of candidates for appropriateness of skills, strengths, experience, and knowledge. Track and manage candidate databases via our Applicant Tracking System. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations as it related to online sourcing staffing and hiring practices. Set and overachieve weekly and monthly hiring goals. Handle and prioritize multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: 1+ Years of recruiting/sourcing experience preferred. BA/BS Degree in Business Administration or related field required. Excellent organizational, analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus. Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fact-paced environment. Ability to prioritize and complete project within deadline. High energy and driven individual with proven track record of results. Easily overcomes challenges and adapts to change. Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.
