We're currently seeking a Recruiter to join our team. We are growing our Recruiting team! We are looking to add another team member to our in-house recruiting department. Our organization has doubled in size as of December 2021 and there is a large demand to keep up with our growth, as well as recruit talent for new roles.

The Recruiter will execute the talent identification, phone screening, interview logistics, candidate evaluation, and employment offer process for permanent hires within our growing organization. We are looking for someone displays high energy, is resourceful, and is proven to be a collaborative team member. This person will be working within a highly engaged in-house HR Team, fully support our managers in their talent search process across the country.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Source candidates through multiple channels including, but not limited to; online job postings, social media, referrals/networking, professional and trade organizations, colleges, trade schools, etc.
Maintain open requisitions via Applicant Tracking System - create job requisitions, post jobs and engage with candidates throughout the course of the recruitment process
Update recruitment ads/job postings
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create and update job descriptions
Build talent pipeline for positions experiencing re-occurring openings
Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, (sometimes in-person interviews), and coordinate/schedule face to face interviews for our hiring managers across the country.
Coordinate any applicant assessment tests.
Prepare offer letters, make formal employment offers, and initiate background checks.
Provide a professional and detailed transition from the recruitment process to the new hire on-boarding process
Maintain employee referral program and process referral payments with payroll team
Other duties and projects as needed to support the recruitment process

Experience & Requirements:

Some college level courses a plus
Previous recruiting experience required
Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred
Minimum intermediate level user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Previous recruiting and/or operations experience in real estate or property management preferred
