Job DescriptionThe Corporate Recruiter is responsible for working with a team and managing open requisitions as assigned by the Director of Recruiting. Daily tasks will include but are not limited to the full life cycle of the recruiting process such as sourcing, initial phone screens, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and maintain open communication with candidates via phone, text and/or email. In addition, inform candidates of interview outcomes, negotiate the process of extending an offer, and gather/submit all required documentation for HR to begin the onboarding process. Responsibilities:

  • Confer with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Proactive approach to recruiting and experience building talent pols/talent communities
  • Utilize online recruiting sources such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter to recruit candidates.
  • Initiate contact with potentially qualified candidates for specific job openings.
  • Inform candidates about the organization and position.
  • Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements to provide that information to the hiring manager
  • Screen and refer candidates for additional interviews with others in the organization.
  • Coordinate communication and interviews between hiring managers and applicants.
  • File and maintain employment records for future reference
  • Contact candidate's references to verify the authenticity of information provided by candidates.
  • Enter notes and applicant information into our Applicant Tracking System daily.Requirements:
    • 2-5 years experience of agency or in house recruiting
    • Sales recruiter experience required
    • Proven success in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment
    • High volume recruiting- 25-30 candidates monthly
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of human resources practices and policies.
    • Be outgoing, organized, energetic, assertive, accountable, hardworking, and adaptable.
    • Works extremely well in a team environment and collaborates with other team members.Education/Experience:
      • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
