Remote Executive level recruiter needs 8+ years staffing and
recruiting experience, with specific experience recruiting for
leadership and/or executive talent.
Remote Executive level recruiter requires:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business
Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, applicant
tracking systems and HR software packages.
Strong customer service orientation, strong verbal and written
communication skills and the ability to manage multiple high
Experience and comfort interacting at the executive level.
Strong knowledge of recruiting laws and practices.
Must have Executive level recruiting experience.
Remote Executive level recruiter duties:
Utilizes high level interviewing skills in order to assess complex
competencies and skill sets.
Proactively sources passive talent, utilizing all tools and
resources available (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoom Info)
Manages the relationship with internal and external sourcing
resources in order to fill the position in a timely and cost
Manages the relationship with third party search firms when they
Dispositions candidates and manages the candidate experience
throughout the recruiting process to create an exceptional
Serves as the liaison between the candidate and leadership during
the interview and selection process.
Presents offers to candidates and manages any offer
