Recruiter / Business Development (Open to Remote)

EdgeLink is seeking a pro-active sales person to help establish
new business relationships. This individual will also manage a
full-lifecycle recruiting process including resume review,
screening, interviewing, reference-checking and qualifying
applicants to satisfy job opportunities. EdgeLink is a highly

Building Relationships - You know how to develop an active network
of relationships inside and outside the organization. You are
personable and relate well to clients and applicants.

Negotiating & Customer Service - You make customer service a

* BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
* 2 years of sales experience from lead generation through closure
(and follow up.)
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and
work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Strong
interest in the Technology Industry
