Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company in their search for an HR Business Consultant . This is a 12-month contract opportunity based out of Irvine, CA . This individual will manage large scale rollouts and projects that have direct impact on the people component of our business strategy. To thrive in this role, you've spent time working on strategic projects and have worked on high performing teams while demonstrating confidence and courage to add value. Qualifications:

  • Passionate about coaching, supporting, and developing talent with experience partnering with business leaders to develop high-performing teams, building talent pipelines, and driving associate engagement.
  • Experience in conducting HR trend analysis with large data sets across the unique company and team cultures to identify opportunities.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn this information into actionable insights and recommend solutions.
  • Skilled at thriving in fast-paced environments where critical thinking and proactive teamwork with colleagues around the globe is essential for success.
  • Career built as a motivated achiever who brings positive energy to interpersonal and business interactions.
  • Strategic thought partner who asks insightful questions regularly bounces ideas off others, and proactively shares their perspective.
  • An authentic, engaging, and skilled communicator that enjoys collaborating across groups .
  • Strong ability to connect the dots in complex and often ambiguous situations, deriving insights that are critical to advancing organizational goals. Responsibilities:
    • Coaches and guides managers in hiring and developing high-performing teams, building diverse talent benches, and driving associate engagement .
    • Executes on initiatives and projects, in partnership with the business and HR leadership teams .
    • Works with leaders and associates to foster a culture of belonging that encourages the full use of diverse talents and abilities .
    • Develops thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent attraction, development, and retention .
    • Diagnoses and resolves associate relations matters by analyzing facts and data and conducting thorough investigations .
    • Provides thought leadership and education to leaders and associates to effectively manage change .
    • Establishes trusting relationships with stakeholders and appropriately challenges leaders and gives clear feedback to improve existing processes and approaches .
