Job Description Job Description Description: As our Food &
Beverage Supervisor , you will lead daily outlet operations while
ensuring a high level of guest service and team performance. You
will greet and engage with guests, understand their preferences,
answer questions, recommend menu items, and support the preparation
and service of food and beverages as needed. You will oversee
service flow, coach team members, and step into operational roles
when required. Success in this position requires a professional and
approachable leadership style, strong operational awareness,
efficiency under pressure, and solid knowledge of food and beverage
service standards. This position may require flexible scheduling
availability Requirements: Job Requirements: Assist in accurately
forecasting food and beverage revenue and expenses Assist in
enforcing financial control procedures for cash handling, vouchers,
inventories, and receivables Identify revenue opportunities, cost
risks, and operational problem areas and take corrective action
Create and distribute team member schedules in a timely and
accurate manner based on business levels Order food, beverage, and
operating supplies and monitor par levels and inventory controls
Supervise day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets
Ensure sanitation and safety standards are maintained for all
F&B areas and equipment to protect assets and comply with
regulations Step into operational roles as needed, including
serving, bartending, bussing, and hosting , to support service
levels and guest experience Support staffing coverage needs and
adjust labor deployment in real time based on demand Job
Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of food and beverage and
hospitality operations, including financial controls and outlet
management Demonstrated ability to manage people, solve complex
operational issues, and drive F&B performance Proven ability to
read, interpret, and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately
and completely Experience executing events and group functions ,
including coordination with kitchen, bar, service, and setup teams
Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and results
orientation Proven ability to anticipate, prevent, identify, and
resolve workplace and guest service issues Able to perform
effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Approachable,
service-focused, and consistently guest-driven in behavior and
decision-making The physical demands described here are
representative of those that must be met by an employee to
successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift
and/or move up to 25 pounds. The number of hours you will be
scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest
occupancy, season, staffing and other factors. Island Hospitality
is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
