Garden Fresh Beef Jerky has openings for Industrial Cooks (IC) and Food Cooking Machine Operators (FCMO) in Garden Grove, CA.
IC requires 2 years experience in a food related QA position & HACCP certification. Responsible for hazard analysis & critical cooking control points for each batch. Apply HACCP & Sanitation SOP guidelines & comply with safety/corp regulations. Use Microsoft Word/ Excel/PowerPoint for recording purposes. Responsible for calibration of equipment daily before production.
FCMO requires 2 years experience as a Level II Machine Operator or similar machinist experience. Responsible for all machine-specific functions & ensure machine works at full capacity. Responsible for quality checks; inspection of meat processing machines; ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Must be able to read mechanical blueprints & electrical schematics. Requires experience with 3 phase motors & inverters. Responsible for daily calibration & maintenance of machinery. Use skills in Microsoft Word/ Excel/CRM Database/Linux/Ubuntu/ Mint /Red Hat.
