Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for a Customer Service Representative
to work for a large health care company in Irvine. In this role you
will be responsible for taking over 50 inbound calls per day from
providers and need to have in depth healthcare experience. This
individual will also be resolving all member/provider inquiries,
provide claims disposition, provide authorization status, and
master internal department workflow processes. This is their
bussies time of year so we are looking for someone who is
comfortable in working in a fast paced environment. This person
must be 50 miles from IRVINE, CA.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of Customer Service
2+ years of experience in Healthcare
2+ years of experience in an inbound call center
Knowledge of Claims, eligibility, risk- payment methodologies (FFS
vs CAP)
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience taking over 50 calls per day
Bilingual in Spanish/Korean/Vietnamese/Arabic
