Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and talented Baristas to join our team and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and providing a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
--- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
--- Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
--- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and supplies
--- Provide a positive customer experience by engaging with customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns
--- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
--- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista
--- Knowledge of espresso machines and preparation techniques
--- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
--- Excellent customer service skills
--- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
