Assembly Manufacturing Supervisor (2nd Shift) who can...
- Be responsible for the development and implementation of
activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality
and cost objectives
- Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction,
equipment efficiency, materials supply, sales forecast and
production ramp planning
- Plan and administer procedures and budgets
- Make budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and
direct/indirect labor
- Select and develop personnel to ensure the efficient operation
of the production function
- Develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned
areasWhat will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Experience providing direct supervision to skilled, nonexempt
employees
- Acts as advisor to unit or sub-units and may become actively
involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems
- Experience providing direction to employees according to
established policies and management guidance
- Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate
employees
- Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies
- Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives
- Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires
review of relevant factors. Exercises judgment within defined
procedures and policies to determine appropriate action
- Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause
delays in schedules.
- Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors and
functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability
to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of
technical information concerning specific projects or schedulesMKS

Pay Range: 60,200 to 111,800 per year. This range is a good faith
estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a
wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and
training, operational and business needs and other considerations
permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be
hired at or near the top of the range for the role.Bonus: This
position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount
to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].Benefits: MKS offers a
