Job Description:
Our company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Construction
Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects
of on-site construction projects, ensuring they are completed
safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality
standards. You will also be responsible for managing and
supervising a team of workers and subcontractors.Client DetailsThis

Their team is growing in the OC region and focus on retail TI -
Target, Walmart, Sephora, just to name a few! Description
Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site,
ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and
to the required quality standards. Create and maintain construction
schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and in the
correct sequence. Ensure that all safety regulations and standards
are met on the construction site, and that all workers and
subcontractors comply with safety regulations and requirements.
Manage and supervise a team of workers and subcontractors,
providing guidance and support as needed. Ensure that all
construction materials are ordered and delivered on time, and that
all materials are of the required quality. Review and approve all
construction plans and specifications, and ensure that all work is
performed in accordance with the plans and specifications. Maintain
accurate and up-to-date records of all construction activities,
including labor and materials used, and provide regular progress
reports to senior management. Ensure that all construction work is
completed to the required quality standards, and that any defects
or issues are addressed in a timely manner.ProfileQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or
related field. Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices,
and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong
leadership and supervisory skills. Strong problem-solving and
decision-making skills. Ability to read and interpret construction
plans and specifications. Knowledge of safety regulations and
