Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for an Occupational Therapist to provide essential
support within a school setting. This role involves working closely
with students to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
that enhance their physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities,
supporting their academic and social success. Key responsibilities
include: Conducting assessments to identify student needs and
establish therapy goals Designing and delivering individualized
intervention plans focused on improving functional skills
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to
integrate therapy strategies into the educational environment
Documenting progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed
Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing
to student support services Desired qualifications and experience:
Valid Occupational Therapy license in the relevant state Experience
working with children in school or educational settings Strong
knowledge of developmental disorders and therapeutic techniques
applicable to school-aged children Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students,
families, and school staff Willingness to travel within the
assigned area as required Location: Wilmington, DE This position
