Job Description Job Description Oncology/Hematology RN to assist
with daily operations on a specialized unit for blood disorders
(like leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma) and cancers, balancing patient
care with leadership, including staffing, patient flow, managing
complex treatments (chemo, blood transfusions, CAR T-cell),
mentoring staff, ensuring safety, and collaborating with the
multidisciplinary team for optimal care. Patient population is
mainly adolescents/adults/geriatrics. 3x12 days, float required,
weekend rotation required (4 weekend/days shifts per month-
Friday-Sun) 3 yrs oncology experience Required (hematology
preferred), Will accept 1st time travelers if experience required
is met. 36 hours of orientation, caribbean blue scrubs not provided
by unit, EPIC experience required. Certifications Required: BLS,
ACLS, CHEMO, state license. Skills/Experience Required: Inpatient
oncology, administration of chemotherapy. Skills/experience
Preferred: BMT, outpatient oncology, Active Immunotherapy
