Job Description Job Description Job Title: RN - Emergency Room Location: Clovis, California Department/Unit: Emergency Room Salary Range: $50 to $60 per hour Shift: Night Shift (19:00 - 07:30) Duration: 12 Weeks (Contract) Number of Positions: 4 Job Description Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking four experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for the Emergency Room in Clovis, California. This role is essential for providing high-quality care to patients in urgent and critical situations. Key Responsibilities Triage and Assessment: Quickly assess patients upon arrival in the ER, prioritizing care based on medical need and urgency. Emergency Care: Provide emergency interventions, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs. Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR). Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care. Compliance: Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information Contract Duration: 12 weeks.
