Nursing, Administration Full Time Southern California Join a highly

opportunity for an experienced RN leader to step into a broader
management role with support from an engaged Nursing Director.
Position summary The Manager of Nursing, Administration provides
hands on leadership for daily operations, staff scheduling, and
clinical performance within the department. The role ensures safe,
high quality, patient centered care while supporting growth,
compliance, and staff development. Key responsibilities Oversee and
coordinate staff scheduling, assignments, and daily department
operations. Collaborate with nursing and hospital leadership to
drive service quality, growth, and operational efficiency. Support
recruitment, onboarding, education, evaluation, and mentorship of
nursing staff. Ensure continuous readiness for regulatory and
accreditation surveys, including compliance with National Patient
Safety Goals. Monitor and help improve patient, employee, and
physician satisfaction metrics. Partner with ancillary and support
services to optimize throughput, resource utilization, and clinical
outcomes. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of RN experience,
including at least 1 year in an acute care setting. 1 2 years of
leadership, education, or management experience required (charge,
lead, educator, or supervisor). BSN in progress or near completion;
BSN or higher preferred. Current California RN license. Current
BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA). CPI certification required within 30
days of hire. National RN certification (e.g., CNML, NE BC,
specialty certification) preferred. What you can expect Opportunity
