As we continue to grow and seek to impact more lives, we’re building a diverse, driven and empathetic team, while working hard to cultivate an environment where everyone can thrive. /n Employment type: /n /n - Per diem, hourly clinician role /n - Considered Casual employment /n - 16-23 patient care hours per week /n /n What you'll be working on: /n /n - Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role) /n - Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits /n - Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams /n - Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures /n /n One Medical providers also demonstrate: /n /n - A passion for human-centered primary care /n - The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds /n - The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care /n - Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care /n - The desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery /n - An openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknesses /n - The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues /n - Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients /n /n Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role: /n /n - Completed an accredited NP program with a national certification /n - In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: /n /n - 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR /n - 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1 year in an urgent care setting /n /n /n - State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date /n /n Benefits /n /n - Malpractice Insurance - Malpractice fees to insure your practice at One Medical is covered 100% /n - UpToDate Subscription - An evidence-based clinical research tool /n - One Medical Issued laptop (to allow for secure access to our EHR) /n - Sick Time PTO eligible in accordance with CA and local requirements /n /n This is an hourly role across multiple locations including Irvine, Aliso Viejo, and surrounding offices. /n One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. /n The hourly rate for this role is $81.00. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
